If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to AndLight for a refund, within 365 days of receiving the order.

You have the right to unpack and check the appearance of the product. To have your return approved, the item must be returned in its original condition, including any packaging, with no significant changes or damage from when you received it. If the product you ordered requires assembly or installation, it must not have been assembled or installed in order for your return to be approved. There is a return fee of €19 for small items and €150 for larger items (e.g. furniture and certain lamps). The return fee is deducted from the amount that is refunded to you when we have received and processed the return at our warehouse.
